Following the success of the Oysterfleet Hotel, the company decided due to public demand that a new concept was necessary. In 2013 the Oysterbay Sports Bar & Brasserie was opened on Canvey Island’s seafront. Oysterbay was an instant success catering for all age groups including families, with a pool table, dartboard, a brasserie style menu and the showing of all major sporting events.
